Portal Event
Hey guys, Adrien here.
Though this latest event is super short I thought I'd set up shop with a way to keep everyone's doors and locations organized and easy to find. That way we can look for new CR opportunities as well as all the amazing plotting we've already done.
If everyone could fill out the table below and post it in a comment that'd be super cool.
Feel free to add anything else that might be important to you or your character. This is just a fast and loose guide so have fun with it. :3

Portal: The front door of his house in Bluo.
Memory: A wide section of Galahdan forest, complete with small river, waterfall, and monsters. To be fleshed out later.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Absolutely. Come at me. Nyx will spend considerable time just basking so he's very open for people stumbling in.

Portal: At the well because we don’t all have enough weird memories involving it yet.
Memory: B.A.B.E.L. Headquarters!
Description: It’s a very shiny, hightech government building foyer that leads to all the rest of the building. The clearest places though are the staff cafeteria, a (quack) doctor’s clinic and a couple of big corner offices. Also available but only to close CR are: an empty space that was once a daycare, and a huge underground bubble with a house inside of it. Pictures can be found in the event tags!
Items available:
- medicine and doctor things
- anything you can find in a very well-stocked professional kitchen (all the food stuff is also of an exceptionally high quality. Because of course the Director of BABEL was a glutton with an appreciation for all different kinds of cuisine from Japanese to French to Chinese.)
- random tech! (And more specifically: limiters for espers, shampoo filled with nanobots)
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Yes, with the exception of the two places I listed above that are hard to access without Shiho (or Kaoru) there and open only to closer CR!

Portal: One of the doors leading to a supply depot in Flavo
Memory: His old home town
Description:It's now just a very large expansive outdoor area on the plains. There's now nothing but dirt and grass and some small animals. The occasional eagle. Some sheep, maybe.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Absolutely.

Portal: In his bedroom closet (house in Bluo)
Memory: Karakura High School
Description: It's a basic Japanese high school. My example images: 1, 2, 3, 4
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Not really, unless you've stumbled into his house and then into his room. But there's an opening for random CR in the top level.
CHARACTER'S EVENT TAG

Portal: a space between a cottage in Flavo and a tree beside it
Memory: Her house!
Description: Pictures available in the event tag! It's a pretty big house though, belonging to a movie star.
There are:
- clothes. Lots of clothes befitting of highschool girls.
- cookware in the kitchen
- Kaoru's porn magazines
- toiletries in the bathrooms
- beddings (sheets and pillows and all that neat stuff)
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Yes!

Portal: in the water at the edge of the docks!
Memory: his “hometown,” a desolate post-apocalyptic wasteland
Description: a red sky, extremely dusty and industrial. there are monsters that look like mutant fish floating through the air and several posters of a cross, but otherwise empty of... everything.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: if they fall or jump in the water, sure!
toplevel is here!

Portal: Just. Caramia's front door. That's it, I'm unoriginal.
Memory: The Oz mansion!
Description: The Oz mansion is a fairly big place, filled with expensive bullshit (Thanks, Kyrie) and guns mounted on pretty much every wall. It's exactly what you'd expect a classy rich fuck to have, with the added bonus of MAFIA!! pizzazz thrown in. While it won't be blatantly obvious, as I said, there are guns mounted pretty much everywhere, and the Oz insignia on banners and stuff. It's at least fairly welcoming if you ignore the weapons??
Items available:
- Guns
- Alcohol
- Food
- Baths???
- Some other stuff I'm sure lmao,,, just hmu if there's something specific ur looking for
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Please do.Caramia's Top Level for the Event!

Portal: it's her bedroom window... on the second floor of her house...
Memory: kiyashi ward shopping mall, aka the super mall
Description: it's a mall, y'all. UH but the only stores you can really enter are, like, the super cheap ones, because ochako is #poor and likes a good bargain. you want some knockoff hero goods? some stupid tshirts or wonky all might figurines? come and get 'em. oh, and the food court is there in its entirety! she likes to eat.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: unfortunately not, BUT if you want a mall adventure just hit me up?? you can assume they heard about it through the grapevine, or that ochako messaged them just to share the exciting news.
i am also not topleveling this time, but i'll throw starters up wherever you want them.

Portal: The archway dividing Bluo and Flavo, but only when passing from Flavo into Bluo
Memory: His home village of Elysia
Description: The boundaries of his memory of the village only extend from the village gate to the highest point of the mountain which has Gramps' house. There are only a small handful of houses in the village, and they all pretty much look like this. Though there's a small handful to look at, only two of them can actually be entered: Sorey's house and Gramps' house. Sorey's house is somewhat closer to the gate than the latter.
Per event rules, there are no people here. None of Sorey's family, the seraphim, are to be found here, but the air is clean and malevolence-free. There's no risk of anything attacking you here.
If you're 100% canon blind to Zestiria a video might work better for you. This video involves the village itself (and some of a different area outside Sorey's version) and is from super early in the game. If you'd rather specific time stamps, here and you can just watch from that point for a few minutes to get the gist if you want. This LPer shows the outside and inside of Sorey's house as well as Gramps' house so I'd recommend at least watching til those parts.
There's some stuff here that Sorey needs to grab--like his actual good hunting tools. You can also find his book collection and relic collections in his house.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Yes and I'm always open to CR!
Top-level is here!

Portal: Some bushes near the harbor
Memory: Estelle's house!
Description: A wooden, two story cottage and it's surrounding yard. Extra details in the top level.
Possible items: food, household items, lots of books, clothes, a significant amount of good liquor and wine because Cassius has a Stash, old practice weapons.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Yes, absolutely!

Portal: At the 'entrance' to a small field of grey-scale asparagus in Flavo. There is a low fence surrounding the field.
Memory: Honmaru - the citadel at which all the touken danshi live.
Description: Most of the rooms and halls are clear, particularly where Tonbokiri spent the most time, like the garden, dojo, bar, weight room, fields, stable, onsen, and his own room. Have a gif!
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door:Yes, if you happen to have business in that asparagus field? But I will be on hiatus soon, so I'll only be making closed top-levels. Sorry!

Portal: Crossing one of the many bridges in Bluo District
Memory: Mt. Mabinogio Ruins and pathway toward Elysia
Description: The ruins are huge massive open spaces with a bunch of stairs everywhere - bathed in blue and green hues. There appears to be quite a lot of detail on the very walls themselves but it's a bit blurry as there's just too much to remember and not enough time spent inside of them. A large statue and a bridge that appears to be made of ice creates a walkway across a deep, black chasm. There are spider monsters to fight. Behind that statue are stairs leading up to the exit and outside is a lot of greenery and bright blue skies. There are boar-like creatures to fight/hunt and large goats for milk. Outside is a lot clearer and more detailed as he's explored that area for years.
Basically the start of Tales of Zestiria area for anyone familiar with the game. People can not explore the full area outside of the ruins, just the path towards Elysia and they'll be stopped a couple of steps beyond the goats.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Absolutely!

Portal: The entry to the church in Flavo
Memory: Kyrie's bar!
Description: It's a Nice Bar, with cool air, dim lighting, smooth jazz, and booze. Everything is weirdly perfect?? Literally not a single thing is at all hazy. Sure is convenient to have the Perfect Brain. And the only danger is the alcohol, and possibly Kyrie if you pester him too much. There's also a ~*~secret side room~*~ that can be brought up for close CR!
This place is well-stocked with all the highest quality stuff, from vodka to whiskey to wine and pretty much everything in-between. Also your obligatory water, sodas, and mixers for the boring and the underage. There's probably some sort of high-end bar food around too? But like let's be real, the drinks are the main attraction. Also probably guns because... mafia.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Heck yeah!!

Portal: Hopping a particular wall in Ruga
Memory: The Harusame Space Pirates' main ship/hub
Description: The pocket dimension encapsulates one passageway of the ship that leads to a large, circular arena. The arena itself is covered in blood, but with no pirates to populate the place, there is no danger whatsoever.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Yes. That's probably the only way anyone is going to get in, so random CR is more than welcome.
CHARACTER'S EVENT TAG

Portal: It's a hole in the ground near the edge of the forest going from Ruga to Flavo.
Memory: The Batcave
Description: Almost everything is crystal clear except for the very far edges of the cave all around. The door that leads up into the manor is distorted, barring them entry (or exit). Similarly, the screen of the super computer is fuzzy because Damian's memory isn't sure what it wants to put up there, rendering it useless. The cave looks different in every comic, so this is a kind of layout, (and another layout go wild) and this is some of the weird memorabilia there.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Yes!

Portal: Front door of an empty cottage in Flavo, near the gardens
Memory: Where does their door lead to?
The U.A. high school dorms! Everything is pretty spacious and well-made, and it's very obviously new!
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Yes! Of course.

Portal: In a hole in the garden in Flavo!
Memory: The resort at Galdin Quay — think sand, sun, ocean, and palm trees! Oh, and a really great restaurant.
Description: It's all in Ignis's top-level, but have it here as well:
The whole of the Quay is available to be explored; though empty, the Mother of Pearl restaurant is stocked full of food, and at least one hotel room can be entered, complete with comfortable chairs, cushy beds, and an open-air view of the water. Take a swim in the ocean or do a little fishing; there's a hut where you can find supplies down by the water.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Absolutely! Come on in, stop on by!

Portal: In an aisle between a pair of bookshelves in the library!
Memory: Sorceror's Isle, the wizard's home castle where Summer was being kept captive prior to her arrival in Awash.
Description: See the link above for the castle's layout, and here's the description from Summer's toplevel:
Basically: it's a big foreboding castle with tall towers on a little gloomy island in the middle of a vast body of water. Charming!
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: YES PLEASE DO. The castle is like something straight out of a fairy tale itself, and magically-sensitive people will be able to tell that there's a shitload of spells cast on the place in various forms. Lots of magic to be had here!

Portal: Another of those bridges in Bluo
Memory: Paulownia Mall!
Description: It's a mall. That's really all there is to be said about it. There's karaoke and it's sweet. Here's a picture.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: GO FOR IT enjoy the mall, Minato will be in and out of it because he's also wandering around visiting other people.
I'm not topleveling this event, but hit me up if you wanna go to the mall in particular! I'll set something up for us.

Portal: A random alleyway in Ruga.
Memory: Leblanc, a cafe in the fictional district of Yongen-Jaya in Tokyo. Here's a pic that ended up really small in my character comment for some reason!

Portal: Door to the kitchen
Memory: True Cross Academy, circa winter 2011. Specifically the "Old Boy's Dormitory" where he and Yukio (and later Shura) live.
Description: Old, broken, incredibly run down and looking barely functional on the outside, the Old Male Dormitory attached distantly to True Cross Academy seems for all the world to be not only abandoned but possibly haunted to boot.
Shockingly, though, the inside is actually very clean, though, and while all but two rooms are empty with clean linens folded on unused beds there is at least signs of life in some of it. One room in particular has both beds taken - one side obsessively neat and tidy while the other is clean but cluttered, with an unmade bed and a couple of clothes tossed haphazardly on it.
The kitchen on the same floor is well stocked with food in the fridge (untouched but unspoiled as well), lots of spices and pantry items and fairly high end cooking utensils.
The baths on that floor as well are clean with a small gathering of basic toiletries, partially used in two of the lockers as well as clean towels on a rack nearest the baths.
There is one extra room that is also taken, but as Rin has yet to see inside of it, it remains hazy and unfocused. As the memory is focused on the place that he and his brother spent most of their alone time, the rest of the academy is in the distance, unreachable past the bridge leading up to the dorm.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Yes, absolutely.

Portal: The huge portrait of his family in the living room of the house he shares with Mamhut.
Memory: Aether Paradise
Description: Aether Paradise, created and started by Lusamine and Mohn as both a sanctuary for abused and abandoned Pokemon as well as a research center. It was here that Gladion spent most of his childhood and some of his adolescence until he ran away with Type:Null about two years before the beginning of game events. It sits atop the water, far from natural islands of Alola.
The second floor contains the conservation area, a garden with various biomes for the Pokemon that were recovering and living there.
The entrance is fairly straight forward, coming in from the large outside deck that overlooks the water. The front area has a receptionist desk with a PC for Pokemon deposit and retrieval. The elevator that moves between levels is stationed here. There is also a back door leading out to a large mansion build on the facility grounds, however it will be hazy and unreachable - his memories are focused on the facility, not what little time his family spent in the mansion.
The first basement floor contains the docks, and while there will be a lot of unopened supply crates around, the ferry will be absent, meaning there is no way to reach the Alola islands.
The second floor contains several laboratories, including the one where Type:Null was created, studied and eventually contained.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Yes

Portal: A staircase in Ruga
Memory: The Citadel in the summer!
Description: It's a large, traditional Japanese style house. A lot of the common places are very clear so the hallways, kitchen, living room area, practice areas/the dojo, the gardens, etc. Bedrooms get kind of fuzzy and generic with the exception of his own which isn't as messy as you'd think it would be! Overall, the place is huge and big enough for a whole army.
For the most part, his room looks pretty normal-- changes of clothes, bedding, a futon, and nothing too special. There's an old television with some retro game system. Is that a gamecube?! What games are in it? The walls are filled with photographs with a lot of different people in different situations. Everyone seems to be pretty happy, even if a few of them seem like they were caught off guard. There's bookshelf lined with books ranging from science to travel. Most of the books seem to be about Japanese history, though! There's another shelf with a lot of old and new cameras. Seriously, who needs this many cameras? Pushed up against the wall to make room for the futon is a low desk. There are papers scattered all over it. It's hard to make out exactly what's on them (it's all a little blurry) but they look kind of like reports and maps. Lastly, there's a stand for a single sword next to a large, model ship.
( 1 ) ( 2 ) ( 3 ) ( 4 )
It's definitely possible to bring back things like food, practice swords, gardening supplies (including seeds), sake, and... random stuff.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Yes!
COME VISIT
no subject
Portal: Front door of the abandoned cottage in Flavo whose kitchen he set on fire last month
Memory: The first Magitek production facility, in the arctic outerlands of Niflheim
Description: A creepy, sterile-but-abandoned military research facility made of concrete, metal, and glowing glass tubes. The floorplan is nonsensical because Prompto doesn't remember it very well, but the eerie, unsettling machines are all there in perfect detail. It's also very cold! He remembers the cold very well.
Luckily, the robots that would normally be patrolling this facility aren't there, but there are Attack and Defense Nodes, which are floating balls of machinery that will FUCK YOU UP WITH BULLETS AND LASERS, and if you go too deep, this ugly son of a mother, who will fight you on fire.
Possible loot:
- Guns and ammunition, including bazookas, sniper rifles, grenades, and machine guns.
- Ebony canned coffee
- Voice recorders, for all your audio diary needs. There are a bunch scattered around, but if you pick one up, you'll have to listen to an asshole talk about running horrible psuedoscience experiments on children. Maybe wipe the tape first if you want to take it home.
Seriously, though, if you need ammo for ANY type of gun, this is the place to be.
Pictures: 1 | 2 | 3 (SPOILER) | 3a (SPOILER) | 4 | 5 | 6
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Yes, but he placed a sign on the door with a skull and crossbones on it to mark that it's dangerous. Also, you need Prompto to get further in, because the facility doors will only open if he's present!
WALKIN' IN A WINTER HORRORLAND...

Portal: In Bluo at the boat house closest to the harbor
Memory: It leads to his family's hotel in his hometown of Okinawa.
Description: It's going to look like a high class hotel with the lobby, kitchen, and the floors all clear.
Can characters accidentally stumble through this door: Yes they can if they go by the harbor. I am open to all CR!
