Will these newfound friends only go after other characters/animals? Or are relevant objects also game?
For example, if a character has something that strongly pertains to someone they care about (an important gift, a picture, something that they left behind, something they share, that sort of thing), is there a risk that it would be targeted as well, provided it were important enough?
And, a follow-up question for if the answer is yes: how will the animals tend to handle that item being protected by their respective owner, if they happen to get caught? More specifically, since their primary goal is to be the Most Important, are they generally opposed to doing any physical harm to their owner? Or is it possible that they would disregard all that and try for a more 'ask for forgiveness later' approach?
