She might show up in her beautiful seductress form and try to seduce you (doesn't matter what gender you are, seducing is all equal here), or she may show up in her spider form and just try to eat you in general. All roads lead to eating, eventually.
She lurks deep in the woods, surrounded by spiderwebs that will try to trap her unwary foes, so approach with caution.
Ways to succeed: "Defeat" can technically mean a lot of things. In this context, it means "kill the asshole", because she's not going to stop trying to eat you until she's dead.
Ways to fail: Well, if you die, you probably don't win. Also, if you try to flee, she'll just follow you back to the Town, and then everyone has to deal with her. Nice.
