Character weapon: He uses his strength enhancing quirk most of the time! He also has hand-to-hand combat experience, but needs to touch up on it tbh
Extra: Izuku's also pretty self-taught, so he probably shouldn't be a first choice for a teacher! He's pretty good at analyzing his partners/opponents, though, so he could probably help spot any weaknesses/areas to improve on if anyone needs help in that area. He's also extremely friendly and eager to learn, so he'd probably be willing to learn from and spar with anyone ever.
