Character Personality: Kano's generally childish and carefree and likes poking fun at people, but is also a pathological liar who has the power of "illusions" to change his appearance, so mostly he's just pretending to be happy and have fun. He has a lot of gritty stuff in his background (child abuse, murder, suicide, psychological manipulation, etc) that he won't talk about so early in the game but I thought I'd mention here in case you want to opt out on anything. He's here to have a good time!!!!! at his canon point, he'd just finished having a mental breakdown, so it'll be a good time o7
Wanted CR: honestly, I want him to have good nice friends who won't mind him making fun of them and laughing at them, patient and tolerant people who take things in stride, haha. people who don't tolerate him and aren't afraid to punch him in the stomach to get him to shut up too!!

At the start, he'll especially be seeking out people who knows the place very well and can give him a run-down of what's going on, so somebody responsible like that would be very appreciated!!!

Child abuse and psychological abuse are definitely...themes in Kaoru's canon though she hasn't personally experienced the latter (only nearly saw a friend destroy herself because of it), so like...if they ever get a chance it'd be interesting to see how that discussion might go should we ever reach a point like that! Apart from that, Kaoru is super friendly herself and genuinely loves a lot of people and she's totally down for some friendly teasing while also being willing to put her foot down when things she doesn't agree with are said/happen...usually in defense of others and less in defense of herself.

She's also been around for a year so she's more than happy to help show people around!

Character Personality: Saber (honestly no one calls her by her real name) is by default calm, composed, and stern! She was a king and knight in life, and basically is still those things to the core. She's softened up a bit after the events of canon though, so her warmth and sincerity are a little more pronounced. Also a massive glutton and woefully competitive. Very much into oaths and self-sacrifice and beating her enemies into submission. Has acted as a dude for most of her life. Needs a break.
Wanted CR: OBVIOUSLY I WILL TAKE ANYTHING RIGHT NOW but I would love for Saber to have CR with characters who will take her out of her comfort zone... so people who will tease her, drag her into silly/girly things, and show her what actual fun human interactions are like! But I would also love more serious, down-to-earth interactions about life and ideology and etc. because that is basically what her canon is about. Character Personality: Mami is... sad. You probably know at least a bit about her and her canon if you're an anime fan, but in a nutshell she's a veteran magical girl that models herself as a traditional hero of hope and justice in order to distract herself from crippling loneliness. She's quite the stepford smiler and presents herself as a graceful big sister-type that loves tea parties and baking cakes, but this masks a lot of the pain that comes with being a magical girl in PMMM's lore. This iteration of Mami is from the Different Story manga timeline, which shares some similarities with the anime but deviates quite a bit past what you see past the infamous third episode. But rest assured - she is still Very Sad.
Wanted CR: All kinds! She's going to be pretty secretive about her magical girl identity early on, but I would love for her to meet other magic users (girls or otherwise) for her to relate to and cautiously make friends with. Elegant ladies and gentlemen who love tea and good conversation are also welcome with open arms!

Character Personality: Cells at Work is basically Osmosis Jones but an anime! The human body is one giant metropolis where all cells work together in harmony trying to keep you alive because they all love you and want you to live, it's all very heartwarming. Until it's not and then there is a lot of blood, viruses, bacteria, or assholes like cancer trying to mess up the place. Cancer is a psychopath, please do not be fooled if/when he ever will try to play the victim or seem nice or scared of something (or when his [narrative] shows his internal thoughts about feeling like a victim, because he's not).
Wanted CR: This is not my first time playing a villain character in a game, but for now he's actually going to be masquerading as a regular cell (like so) and laying low and making "friends" (only not, because he just wants to kill you unless you really, really surprise him). Also, he's going to be baffled at actually being among humans. EVENTUALLY THO if u wanna take this boi and/or his copies out because fuck cancer, i'm all for that!!

Character Personality: A sensible sort of boy, Hotarumaru is the citadel's second-tiniest badass. Very small, but wields a blade as tall as he is with ease. He tries his best to be mature and generally succeeds when it matters, but that doesn't mean he's no fun! He likes to fight, likes to play and is happy to meet new people. Friendly and helpful, Hotaru has an adaptive sort of personality that can match with a variety of others pretty well. However he can’t stand being talked down to, and can get (adorably) irritated if he feels like he isn't being taken seriously. As a Touken Danshi, he has a minor affinity for spiritual presences and will take interest in people who can use magic.
Wanted CR: Friendly CR is best to start! Hotarumaru is a personable character and I'd like for him to make friends and allies at first. That said, some antagonistic CR would also be fun for sure. Smug older sibling types are fun to play off of, for example. It's difficult to make an actual enemy of Hotarumaru unless you're a blatantly terrible human being (or other creature). People who would like or need a voice of reason would make good friends for him! He's used to being the one to balance out more extreme personalities, after all. Characters also wanting a sparring/fighting partner or just a friend to have shenanigans with are also super welcome.

Character Personality: You know the person who's a class clown but they're actually coping with humor? That's Magilou. She's seemingly egotistical and annoying, but she's also really apathetic. She's super overdramatic and she loves to poke the proverbial bear when she shouldn't, and a lot of her humor is cynical and jaded. She says lots of really wise things just to be a pain, but she's not that bad a person deep down. She's just hard to get to know because she never opens up about herself. At her current canon point, she still has a bone to pick with someone who abandoned her way back when. Basically, she's really guarded!

She also likes speaking in rhymes and using alliteration, so, uh... Sorry.

Wanted CR: Honestly... Anything? I really would love CR with anyone and everyone. Magilou would probably love messing around with people who are way too serious that she can poke fun at, since she's spent all her travels with some very serious people and that's her forte. But she also loves putting on comedy acts and stage performances, so some more lighthearted people are great too! Be warned that they might be recruited into some stupid shenanigans and called her troupe. She's a witch, and she's big on stage performances like throwing confetti around and telling fortunes, so other magic users will be great too.

Also, I'd love for her to eventually meet people she can relate to... poor/complicated relationships with a mentor, someone trying to get over their apathy, that sort of thing. She's doing better, but it takes time! Really, I'm 100% down for anything.

This is actually my first RP game in a super long time (like, LJ days) so I'm really excited to play with you all! Thanks for having me!!

Character Personality: He is ... Merlin. You know, that one half-incubus Welsh wizard from the legends and stuff who guided Artoria King Arthur into becoming king, among other things. In his own words, 'The greatest, most powerful, most handsome mage of all time!' But really truth is: he's a lazy, womanizing troublemaker! He means well, at least?

He is easy-going and cheerful pretty much all the time, he leaves pink flowers wherever he walks because he's just... like that???, and he likes humans. And also messing with them sometimes. His carefree approach to just about everything sometimes might be refreshing but sometimes makes him come across a bit like an irresponsible con artist. That he lies however he sees fit to achieve his desired outcome doesn't help matters there...

Wanted CR: So Merlin has some absolutely nonsense powers that I'll have a permissions post up for shortly. But of particular note for CR purposes, being an incubus, he can enter and watch or even manipulate people's dreams - with the drawback that if someone goes into REM sleep, they can definitely sense and interact with him and even kick him out. SO if you want a wizard to play with your dreams at some point... let's do it!!!

That aside, man I'm down for anything!

she's also a complete idiot! so if something breaks in the town, it's probably her. sorry. basically a child you can't let out of your sight for five minutes lest she stick her tongue in an electrical socket.

Wanted CR:
people she can be a delinquent with... anyone she can discuss kingship/knightly things with... anyone who knows the other fates, since they're all relevant to her in one way or another. she relates to fellow nonhumans the most, while mages will get a side-eye by default because of her mother and merlin, even she's chilled out a bit. she's also a pushover for cute/strong girls in general, if fgo is anything to go by.

like most fates, she'll be looking for a master at some point down the line! i'd prefer that happen organically, but it's been great for crosscanon cr in my experience. regardless, she's more inclined to share her identity now that the war is over/there are like three sabers here, so anyone who would recognize her (or her father's) name is cool too.

What to Expect: Plurking recently has been a lot about the Chinese wuxia stories I have begun following (this boy's canon among them), occasionally rp commentary/plotting, as well as random stuff. Content is generally labeled though spoilers may lurk.

Characters Played: Lan WangJi | Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation | Blue

Character Personality: WangJi was raised in an environment that is almost monastic and constrained by a lot (read, three thousand) rules, and he has been a perfect example of how to be the best at it. He is very cultivated, also has pretty impressive powers that he has also cultivated, some of them music based. He also seems like he is in constant displeasure and above everything, speaking little and letting actions do the talking for him though that doesn't always work well. He has also learned to not be as actually judgmental as he may seem, paying attention to the actions and underlying motivations of others, rather than the immediate appearance they present. He hates... cruelty. I think that sums it up. Things to not expect much of him: smiles, obvious animation, gossip, running, bullying, meanness.

Wanted CR: So ... coming in, there will be dealing with Wei WuXian's CR, because this boy is deeply and completely in love with Wei WuXian, and WWX's CR has some ideas about him. Also he is in a great deal of physical pain, which will likely not be revealed other than with physical contact and/or him basically dropping from exhaustion. Canon leaves it unclear as to how efficient healing that particular damage actually is, since he's only specified to recover with time, but dealing with that is an option.
He is also very much the heroic / save those in danger type.
Basically... let's see what happens?
OH anyone who is willing to teach him about what modern technology is, that might be very interesting. His dating is at the latest about 1500 years ago, possibly more like 2000, sooo he'll be a little clueless.

Character Personality: Ardyn is a butt. That's the entire game. Ardyn's that guy who has a bitter grudge against the world and will twist the knife as much as he can to cause the most damage. Whilst he's doing that he'll be smiling, acting dramatic and flamboyant, "we are all friends here" sort of deal. It's rare for his facade to drop but when it does it's sure something.

Congrats if your character is useful though. Best buds forever. Until they stop being useful; then it's just unfortunate.

Wanted CR: Literally everything. "Friends", comrades, enemies, the whole kaboodle. I love all kinds of CR and I am not one to shy away from negative CR either. Ardyn will just feed off their tears and laugh at it all. He'll be tormenting people with sarcastic comments too and being a bit of a public nuisance butting in where he's not needed and all so I'm also looking for people to Call Ardyn Out on his Shit™ or to join in with said being a menace. People who can sense darkness are also welcome to hang out / be curious / stab.

What to Expect: I really don't plurk often anymore; I use it mostly for plotting and posting memes, sharing ridiculous stuff that gave me a laugh, or the occasional real life update. I am trying to use it more again but mostly I speak to other people right now! As far as what I'm interested in, Fate/ is of course up there. I play video games sometimes, and I've been doing a lot of looter-shooter co-op with friends lately. If you're into that at a nonranked/competitve level we should definitely talk sometimes. I also like Square-Enix stuff, Valkyria Chronicles, and Western-style RPGs. I'm also in grad school so that's bound to come up on occasion because I am BURNT OUT, BABY. This is also why I'm behind on my tv/anime/manga consumption, but I have been looking for new things recently.

Character Personality: This is Fran! Though you should probably not call her that unless you are her friends! She doesn't like people assuming how she feels. Fran is a Servant, just like all of the other Fate characters here, and she is a Berserker, which means she is angry and likes to hit things. Kind of. Frankenstein here actually has many things in common with the Frankenstein's Monster you may be familiar with: She's lonely, sad, and surprisingly intelligent, and she feels betrayed and abandoned by the world. Her ultimate goal is to one day have another being like her in the world, a second half, for that feeling of wholeness and belonging. She also loves flowers, which you have learned from the TDM! She is temperamental but pretty shy, and she also doesn't talk much! If she does, she has to have a very good reason. While she can communicate simple ideas through gesture, I always try to include some idea of what she's saying in my brackets/narration!
Wanted CR: How dare you ask this the day someone gets into the rp... First of all I love experimenting with spontaneous CR, so even beyond all this just seeing where threads go is great! That said, something something Servants need a master eventually, something. Additionally, I'd love some CR with people who can't understand any of her attempts to communicate. Likewise, more translators and nonhumans would also be great. Fran's also pretty intuitive about people with bad intentions, but I know how much it can suck to have your villain get called out immediately, so if you play a shady character and want her to bark at the strange dog, please hit me up, because I'd love to make that happen!

Character Personality: GENIUS EDGELORD ASSHOLE SLOWLY BECOMING... LESS OF THAT. Bakugo is just an asshole who thinks he's hot shit but is secretly insecure so he's always out to show how great he is and cut deeply if anyone ever dares to show him up. He's not very nice, anti-social, and used to be a terrible bully. That said, he's pretty determined and focused on his goals and manages to pull of some pretty impressive victories out of sheer will. He's learning to be less of a dick and work with people and he's getting better but he still sucks.
Wanted CR: PEOPLE WHO WILL GIVE HIM SHIT. Please knock this jerk down a peg. Or just generally weird him out. He's bad at people so anyone who can get under his skin in a good way or a bad way is really enjoyable. Especially people who have no time for his edgelord nonsense and are like "hmmm did you just yell 'die' at that inanimate object? lol okei". People who put up with his shit are super great so he can be a little bit less terrible sometimes.

Also other high achievers that he can form a rivalry with. If your character has cool powers he wants to murder them (defeat them) to prove he's absolutely the best and so tossing them together would be fun.

Character Personality: Ann is super easy to get along with, so long as you aren't an ass tbh. She cares about helping those who don't have the strength to fight for themselves, and taking down trash who use others for their own gain.

She's thoughtful and empathic when it comes to other people, and can have a tendency to see more when it comes to other people's feelings than the average person - so if you have a character who tries to hide things that works really well! She's also not great at hiding her own feelings either.

She works part time as a model back home, but she doesn't really watch what she eats or anything like that (and has a soft spot for desserts... so I guess she's stuck in hell now).

There is probably more I forgot but I just woke up...

Wanted CR: As she's brand new it's pretty much an "anything goes" situation, I am happy to see how things go by winging it at the moment until I (and she!) get our feet on the ground.
