What to Expect: I complain about work which is why I usually wait to add people, y'all don't need to see that unless you're invested. I also play a bunch of mobile games including Fire Emblem: Heroes, Fate/Grand Order, and occasionally Love Live!

Characters Played: Yuuya Sakazaki | Hatoful Boyfriend | Yellow, #ECC151
Character Personality: Yuuya Sakzaki is a three-foot tall pigeon of comparable-to-human intelligence. He is also a teenage spy who did fucked up shit as a baby bird.



Hatoful Boyfriend is a hell of a canon and if you've never played it, I highly recommend it! If you're interested in playing it and would like me to avoid spoilers, go ahead and let me know and I'll keep our threads free of 'em. Yuuya is a bit of a liar and a flirt so while he'll get along okay with male characters, he will occasionally throw in minor insults. He's interested in figuring out this situation and getting home, though, so he will be cooperative and investigate (by digging in trash cans).
Wanted CR:
✘ Girls to flirt with. He won't fly into anything serious but if you want some Sweet Nothings from a pigeon, like, let him woo you.
✘ People to annoy because, boy, can he be irritating and not everyone should love his Sexy and Suave existence.
✘ People to cooperate with on the various missions. Due to his upbringing, the quest/mission format works very well for him. Due to being a liar with a Dark and Secret Past, though, he doesn't like sharing. Some bosom friends who don't mind spilling dark pasts with a pigeon are appreciated.
✘ People on the TDM were very good about not making me play the same "holy shit are you a pigeon" thread ten times but don't feel bad if that's your character's reaction, there's a lot of fun stuff that can build from that!

HE CAN TOTALLY TYPE because Hatoful is very "don't worry about it" of birds being able to write, type, fire guns, etc. I would love to set up the unintentional catfishing of Guren eventually finding out this annoying yellow-font guy is actually a giant bird.

I just wanted to say that your Yuuya is so fantastic, I had such a great time reading his threads and bouncing off of him. He's always been my favorite Hato character, so I am super excited to see him here.

I'm glad to hear that! His voice came back to me super easily, almost too easily, so I'm glad that people who are canon-familiar think he sounds right, too! I'm excited to thread with you, too, let's get that social link a-rollin'.

So Kyrie is used to talking birds (and generally dislikes them), but a three foot talking bird might throw him for a bit of a loop.

Also, hello! Hatoful Boyfriend was a trip of a game, I read it aloud in call with like six of my friends when I first played through and it was a Disaster, I loved it.

It's such a disaster and I love it. The creator has recently hinted they're going to do some more stuff with it, too, what a time to be alive!!

All it is so far is Moa talked about it at a conference and tweeted the logo (the title's Mirror, I think??). It's apparently going to be slightly AU.

I didn't get a chance to tag off of you on the TDM but I definitely dipped into reading some of Yuuya's threads and I'm really glad to see you apped in! I will also never be over the fact he's a three-foot tall pigeon but luckily John would just kind of ignore that fact because canon sure is weird!! I'd love to see about bouncing them off of each other and see how things go and maybe someday if they work well linking up on a mission or something! John's used to working with a team and figuring out how different people work together, so that could be fun.

I feel like Caramia's first reaction to Yuuya is just "Can we eat it...?" since, being from Oz, he's used to talking birds (even if he is a little bigger). Otherwise, though, they could both bond about being animals, or, in Caramia's case, previously an animal??
