If you go by when the manga first started, it was 2001 and then 2003 by the later timeskip I'm taking him from. But then it was around for 15 years so that leaves us at a vague...hand wiggle ehh? At least no one had pagers in the early chapters.

I only know what I've been able to pick up from rp over the years and watching the P4 anime. I've never played any of the games.

I...will need to find a good resume for Persona 2 since it spans two games and you can legit write the phrase and then the nazis showed up from the south pole to try and take over the city that is actually an alien spaceship built underground and it makes sense...

...sadly Nanjo is from part 2 so there's no nazis, just New World Order members, starring Nyarlathotep vs sad boy who makes motorcycle noises (not him he's just a sickick characters).
