FRIENDSHIP TOURNAMENT...ooc information
So! As was semi-outlined over here, there will be on the 18th a FRIENDSHIP TOURNAMENT...i.e., a game day/picnic. Characters who sign up or show up will be split randomly into teams (how many teams depends on how many people join in). "Randomly" since Dave is willing to sort teams based on "I'd like to be with x character" and the little sign up form found in here accommodates that. But shhh, it's random.
The log will go up on the 18th, and in addition to the post Dave did about it earlier there are now dozens of glittery posters hung up around town about it courtesy the student council (they're dumb, it's fake) and he'll do a quick update after the intro log so newbies are icly aware. You can absolutely sign up before then as a newbie, no worries, this sign up will be open until the morning of the 18th!
The event includes for activities:
-Capture the Flag
-Relay race: every player in the relay race is given a random extra task on a slip of paper (sort of like "must finish lap with a pair of glasses" or something similar and simple), the team that finishes first wins.
-Trivia Questionnaire: players are randomly paired up to do fairly simple quiz things (favorite color, favorite food, etc) and are scored based on how many of the questions they get right about the other person.
-Blind Man's Bluff
There is also food and there will be "prizes" by which we mean whatever characters contribute to the prize pool, the first batch of strawberries from the community garden, and a hand drawn sbahj comic from Dave. The last thing is definitely probably not a worthy prize. There may also be shitty handmade medals out of paper and string.

TEAM: Your character is in the STRAWBERRIES Team (Ochako Uraraka, Mafuyu Kurosaki, Yuuya Sakazaki, Sorey, Zelda, Clark Kent). This honor comes with an armband in light fabric with a darker emblem in the shape of their team name stitched on, which is clearly meant to become a treasured family keepsake (it may or may not look ugly in the future because who knows what colors it's actually made of).
According to RNG the STRAWBERRIES come in 1st place overall in the tournament due to an accumulation of points and etc in the events. Because it's RP and just for fun, I'm not getting too detailed but just RNG'd to find out which teams came in 1st/2nd/3rd for capture the flag / the relay race, as well as overall team rankings. Y'all can do whatever you like otherwise because it's not at all serious. Your character's events are as follows:
• BLIND MAN'S BLUFF
• RELAY RACE: While the order of the relay race is up to individual teams, your character's assigned "twist item" to complete their lap is "someone from a different team".
• TRIVIA QUESTIONNAIRE: Your character's assigned opponent is HUNK OF THE WILDCATS, but players/characters are free to do as many extra matchups as they want. The points are fake and it's whatever is most fun!
• CAPTURE THE FLAG: The STRAWBERRIES came in third place for this event! Congratulations.
PRIZES: In addition to a badly crafted medal featuring tin can parts carved into what appear to be 1s for the overall first place, your character has received a paper flag for getting third place in Capture the Flag. Team STRAWBERRIES also gets FIRST DIBS on the delicious strawberry batch/strawberry desserts, although there are probably enough for everyone.
Your character has also earned the following prize for EITHER "winning" their main assigned trivia questionnaire match off OR some sort of ~amazing feat~ in one of the games which you can make up (keeping in mind Dave is willing to award people special prizes for like, really dumb shit so go wild). You can decide which with your partner! Your prize is ZELDA TAKING YOUR PICTURE.
