What to Expect: I'm still super new to plurk, so it'll take me a while before I start using it too freely. If you add me to Discord just let me know who you are--I'm usually pretty open to chattering about shared interests or plotting! I'm not usually the type to initiate too many conversations though, so please don't be offended! I promise I'm interested, so just hmu if you ever need anything!

Characters Played: Kyrie | Ozmafia!! | Yellow #ffe094 (Yikes, gonna have to highlight that one...)
Character Personality: Well, put simply, Kyrie is an Asshole. He's bitter and sarcastic and generally a huge pain to be around, but he knows how to play the crowd as well! He isn't the type of person you immediately pin for a nuisance, but after you've left a perfectly civil conversation feeling somehow insulted, you kind of can't help but notice--and the more you get to know him, the more brutal he gets. He canonically 'teases' (translation: insults or tricks) people he likes AND dislikes, albeit to varying degrees, so have fun navigating that. He's also really smart! He's based off the scarecrow from the Wonderful Wizard of Oz, so he's got a pendant that essentially provides him with The Best Brain™. He enjoys gambling, delicious food, and ruining lives sunrises. Preferably with color. However he hates waking up before noon, and being bored.
Wanted CR: Honestly, anything will be entertaining to me. Kyrie's personality is a hard pill to swallow at the best of times, and he insists on keeping everyone at a distinct emotional distance regardless, so any sort of positive CR will be pretty limited. I'm all for him having some snark buddies tbh! Otherwise, whatever ends up coming around naturally. I work based on chemistry, so anything goes.

I think it might be fun to have these two be snark buddies? Also she can definitely get his enjoyment of delicious food and gambling. (Though she cheats when she does it.)

We can definitely see how it plays out! Kyrie really dislikes children, but with so many of them in this game he's gonna have to learn to Live with it. Also, anyone who can snark back at him gets some brownie points, so she might just get to stick around!

Also, 99% of the time Kyrie is just really good at playing chance and manipulating people into ruining themselves. But he can deal with cheaters, too!

If he ever calls her a child she'd definitely get mad haha (she's sixteen and according to her that means she's totally an adult).

She doesn't cheat in the traditional way (with trick cards?? Or however it is that people cheat at gambling...) she uses her powers on games like poker to read what kind of cards are still in play, what cards other people have played, and stuff like that. Which is definitely still cheating but she would never acknowledge it. She's just using her natural-born talent at cheating!

Lmao, then sorry, Shiho. Kyrie is generations old, she's hardly even a newborn to him.

Anyway, that's fair! That's effectively what Kyrie does, only he does so by memorization rather than magic. It'd be interesting to see who comes out on top in a situation like that.

So she reads things by touching them then? Like if she touched a person, she'd understand like, their emotions or something? I'm unfamiliar with the canon, sorry!

And yeah, that sounds great! I’m not too familiar with Persona as a whole, only know the most basic Basics, but that won’t be an issue! I’m excited, I’m sure it’ll be interesting!

i have, though it's been a little bit now! i followed it from waaay back bc fairy tales and wizard of oz are way my thing and then was further excited when it was actually translated (Pashet is my fav, best girl)

Man fairytales and shit are my aesthetic, I was super excited when I first found it. It’s one of my favorite games tbh, the story is A+, and it’s definitely my top favorite otome. Not enough people know about it!!

And yeah, I’ve got a lot to learn lmao! Gonna have to play catch up, I have no idea who 90% of these castmates are

I have no idea how these two would do off of each other but I will say that I'm really excited to see Kyrie's character type around in the game and think it'll be so fun to watch and hopefully play off of! John can sometimes be a snarky kid but he's also pretty prone to getting into conversations with people and not even noticing anything's off so it could be interesting to see how an initial thread goes.

I haven't the slightest idea myself, but I'm more than willing to find out! John can be all over the place, so it's hard to pinpoint exactly what impression Kyrie would get out of him. He's such an upbeat go-with-the-flow type that I'm pretty sure he'd be able to roll with Kyrie's taunting BS, so I think it'd be fun to play with!!

Also, for the sake of saying so. Like I mentioned to Dave, it's nice to see some fellow Homestucks!!

Please, absolutely!! Kyrie has zero interest in being a guardian of any sort but it’ll be interesting to see how he handles a duckling in this situation. Especially a morbid chatterbox. Honestly it sounds fun as hell, especially since they have something in common via the thread of ‘cracks inappropriate jokes about killing someone or someones but also will 100% do so if they mess with someone he cares about’.

Honestly it can only go over well. Or at least it’ll still be fun if it doesn’t!
